1. Shipping Policy

Handling Time: We strive to process and pack your orders with the utmost care. All orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days to ensure the freshness of your tea.

Delivery Time : Standard international shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

Real-time Support: If you have any concerns regarding your shipment, please feel free to reach out to us at any time. We are here to help.

Eco-packaging :We use local, biodegradable, or recycled materials whenever possible to protect both your tea and the planet.

Quality Guarantee : We accept returns and full refunds for any objective quality issues (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect items, or verified quality defects). Your satisfaction is our priority.

Subjective Preferences : Please understand that due to the nature of tea as a consumable product, we cannot accept returns based on subjective preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the flavor profile”).

 

  • Carrier Responsibility: FindingTea is responsible for your order until it reaches the destination country. For packages officially confirmed as “Lost in Transit” (no tracking updates for 45+ days for ePacket or 10 days for Express), we will provide a Full Refund or a One-time Replacement.

  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery address.

  • Non-Delivery & Returns (Failed Delivery): If a package is returned to our warehouse due to:

    1. Incorrect/Incomplete Address provided by the customer;

    2. Unclaimed packages after multiple delivery attempts;

    3. Refusal to pay local customs duties/taxes;

    A Partial Refund will be issued. The refund amount will be: Total Order Value – Original Shipping Cost – 20% Re-stocking & Handling Fee. 

 

CUSTOMS & TAXES:  The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws. All import duties, VAT, and customs clearing fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. FindingTea does not collect these fees at checkout. If a package is returned due to unpaid taxes, a 20% re-stocking fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking :

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
